Heathcoat and Caldwell patent 1804
"JAMES CALDWELL, of Hathern, in the County of Leicester, Frame-Smith, and JOHN HEATHCOTE, late of the town and County of Nottingham, but now of Hathern aforesaid, Frame-setter-up; for machinery and apparatus to be attached or annexed to certain frames or machines called or known by the name of warp-frames, whereby these frames will work, make, or manufacture all kinds of thread-lace. Dated October 17, 1804"
